Dutch Art Avenue BV is a trusted place since 2017 for already over 7000 clients and over 3000 students worldwide. Our aim has always been natural enhacement. Our Founder Rusenko is in the PMU industry since 2014. We are experienced in Semi permanent make-up for all area of the body. Our core speciality is our Powder Ombre brows which we created back in 2015 and already introduced in more than 28 countries worldwide.

Our super natural lip-pigmentation is also one of the most famous treatments.
